  The Marriott is a well maintained hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was helpful and courteous. The Marriott is an excellent value for the money. Located right across from the Canadian Horseshoe Falls it offered a superb scenic view.

  I found it was a fair walking distance to Clifton Hill and all the tourist attractions offered there.

  The view from the falls side room was spectacular. The location is very convenient for walking to attractions and all of the restaurants.

  1. The $20 dollar fee for unsecured, outdoor parking was excessive. I don't recall seeing this fee on the website. 2. a $12 fee for wifi connection plus taxes and fees - really!!! Seems to me that you should get wifi thrown in when you book a first class, high end hotel. How come Comfort Inn can give free wifi with a $49 room? 3. The terrace viewing area outside the mezzanine bar has an 8 inch solid rail at eye level which completely blocks the view of the falls. Perhaps higher bar-type stools and tables would solve that problem.

  The view from the motel room over looking the falls....it was just breath taking. Planning on going back with friends....we just loved Also the tour we took that the motel offered...seeing all the famous sites, which gave us time the next day to walk downtown for 5 hours..it was great.... Thanks you... Sharon and Joey

  The chair in our room was so old and stained that it made it hard to relax and eat in our room...I Did not want the kids to touch it.

  The room was fantastic with a great view of the falls, kitchenette, sofa and fireplace as well as a king size bed with jacuzzi. We were only on the seventh floor so the higher floors would have only a better view! There is an attached restaurant that is very convenient and even room service prices are not bad for lunch or supper...a bit expensive for breakfast.

  Air conditioning was a bit weak as we visited during the record setting week and room was cooler than outside but would have liked a few more negative degrees. The elevators are extremely slow and so you end up cramming people in as they have waited for so long.

  Hotel and staff was superb no problem at all there booked my hotel through Booked.net we went there and they bring us in the room which was exactly same that was shown on website.hotel staff friendly,i have booked with this website before also and will use it again and recommend it to everyone

  The Rate they charged are not the same rate on Booked.net , the room rate and breakfast rate were higher than announced.

  The view from the room was wonderful. More than we expected. Both American Falls and Canadian Falls we could see from the room. And location was very convenient. Buffet breakfast and stuff there were good, too.

  Cleanliness and room service was terrible. First , we opened the door , that room was not cleaned yet, and the glass that someone used got moldy. Then, we changed the room, but from the extra bed for our kid, we found someone's dirty socks.And the stuff brought the new sheets later than midnight with unwillingness. Unbelievable. If there're not such a terrible things, this hotel was very good.

  It was kind of hard to find am self parking spot sometimes in the lot.
